How it works:

There are three different ways to create a task: from the dashboard, in the customer card or in the calendar.


Steps to follow:

From the dashboard:

1 - Select the module by clicking on it's name in the gray area on the left of the page.

2 - In the dashboard's "To do" column, click on.

3 - Select the task type from the drop-down menu.

4 - Fill in all the fields next to a red asterisk *.

  • To add a reminder to your task, click. It is possible to add more than one reminder.

5 - Click on "Save".


In the customer card:

1 - Enter a customer card.

2 - Go to the bottom of the page in the calendar section.

3 - Click on.

4 - Select the type of task from the drop-down menu.

5 - Fill in all the fields next to a red asterisk *.

  • To add a reminder to your task, click. It is possible to add more than one reminder.

6 - Click on "Save".


In the calendar:

1 - Clickin the gray area to the page's left.

2 - Click on.

3 - Select the type of task from the drop-down menu.

  • Some types of tasks may be unavailable if you are in a specific schedule. Ex: The appointments calendar does not allow the creation of tasks other than appointments.

4 - Fill in all the fields next to a red asterisk *.

  • To add a reminder to your task, click. It is possible to add more than one reminder.

5 - Click on "Save".
