Steps to follow:

1 - Click on the username in the upper left hand corner.

2 - Click on.

3 - Go into the "Preferences" section. 


Lead Xpress options:

These options affect the flow and alerts related to Lead Xpress.


Untreated lead alert:

Once this alert is activated, advisors can select it in their user profile in order to receive a notification for pending web leads. This option can only be activated if "Lead Xpress priority" is disabled.

  • Frequency: Indicates the alert delay for pending leads.
  • Repetition: Indicates the number of alert repetitions for pending leads.
  • Schedule: Indicates under what schedule the pending lead alert will function.


Lead Xpress priority:

Determines the priorities' allocated response time for the Lead Xpress flow.
