Authorized roles: Director
Steps to follow:
1 - Click on the username in the upper left hand corner.
2 - Click on.
3 - Go into the "Preferences" section.
These options affect different sections of the CRM.
Make & model text input:
Transforms the "Make" and "Model" fields from a scroll-down menu to a text field.
Only model text input:
Transforms the "Model" field from a scroll-down menu to a text field.
Assign lead without action:
Allows an advisor to assign himself an orphan customer card without performing a communication.
Access to leads from other divisions:
Allows advisors to access leads from another division directly from the dashboard.
Manually modify status:
Allows an advisor to manually modify a lead's result without performing any communication.
Limited audio access:
Limits advisors to their audios only.
Allows the CRM to automatically create a renewal type customer card following a delivery.
Authorize guest modifications:
Allows a guest user in a task (Appointment, delivery, other or CSI) to perform a communication in the customer card without him being assigned on the lead.
T.O. Dir. only:
Limits the modification of the T.O field to users with a director role.
Allows an advisor to assign a BDC agent and/or a commercial director on another advisor's customer card.
Sale by phone:
Makes thecheckbox available in a customer card.
Offers the appointment confirmation by text message for every added appointment.
Makesappear in the upper right hand corner of the "Wanted vehicle" section allowing directors to indicate that the sale is verified.
Allows the CRM to automatically create a CSI task following a vehicle delivery based on the delays selected.
CSI (Used) (Delays):
Allows the CRM to automatically create a CSI task following a used vehicle delivery based on the delays selected.
Establishes the default merge rule.
Delivery Specialist selection:
Sets a user as the default delivery person.
