Steps to follow:

1 - Click on the appointment icon.

2 - It is possible to create a manual appointment by clicking onor by importing a file.

3 - Select a contact, date and time.

4 - Click on " + Create".

5 - Select the desired appointment by checking the checkbox next to the customer's name. 

6 - Click on "Bulk action" and select "Send confirmation".

7 - Type the desired message in the frame.

  • It is possible to add attributes to your message by clicking on the desired attribute to the frame's right.

8 - Click on "Send".

  • The sent message can be viewed in the "Chat" module.

9 - Once the message is sent, a green check will be shown in the "SMS" column.

10 - Once the customer confirms the appointment, a green check will be shown in the "Response" column.
