Steps to follow:
1 - Click on the arrow to the right of the "Sales board" module.

2 - Click on  "Objectives".

3 - Set the month and division at the top right of the table.
4 - Manually set the sales objective in the "Goal" column and the average profit per sale in the "Avg. goal / unit" column.

  • To view the actual statistics, go to the "Sales board" section.


Sales board:

1 - Select your date range in the upper right hand corner.

2 - Click on the "+" to the right of "Profits and averages" to display the table.

3 - If necessary, apply a filter for advisors in the "Sales and delivery table".


The "Profits and averages" table contains five columns; "Advisors", "Accessories", "Objectives", "Sales" and "F&I Profits".

  • The "F&I profits" column is visible only if the dealer has the "Commercial Director" module.


Advisors:

This column displays the advisors. The "Profits and averages" table is affected by the "Advisor" column filter of the "Sales and delivery table" Dashboard.


Accessories:

This column displays the profit and average of the accessories sold on vehicles. The accessories include the "Tires sold" checkbox and the "Accessories" field in the customer cards.


Objectives:

This column displays the profit and average goal per advisor previously entered in the "Objectives" section.


Sales:

This column displays the actual profit and average based on the values entered in the "Profit" field in the customer cards.


F&I profits:

This column shows the profit and average of the values entered in the "Commercial director" section in the customer cards.




It is important to note that the fields that affect the "Accessories", "Sales" and "F&I profits" columns can be found in the customer cards.
